A: We've designed the Fixmypcdoctor.com interface to be extremely easy to use. Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, and then when you checkout, you will be able to register a new account or login to your existing account to keep track of order status and history. Once you have logged in, you will be able to see available shipping methods and costs to your address (or return shipping methods if you are sending in your system for modification or repair). Once you have chosen your preferred shipping method, you will be able to securely enter payment information and complete your order. We will keep you informed if turnaround time will be longer than expected.

11. Q: I'm confused on what chip to go with, what can you recommend?

A: We only use the highest quality chips in our installations. Basically, the more you pay for a chip, the more features that will be included. You'll have to read what features are included with each chip and base your decision on what you need.
